Successful first Eurotowns EC meeting in 2021. We discussed and agreed on the work plan for this year. In particular we are very happy to announce that we have with the Spanish City of Avilés and the German city of Böblingen 2 new member cities in our network. We are looking forward to a close cooperation in order to foster the activities of medium-sized cities. A special thanks goes to Birgitta Berg from Eskilstuna who will retire at the end of this month. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Birgitta very much for all her dedicated and long-term work for the Eurotowns network and we wish her all the best.
