Big enough to cope,

small enough to care

Today, the network consists of 16 member cities across eight European countries, all committed to building vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable urban communities.

Our Vision

We believe that medium-sized cities are big enough to cope and small enough to care. We are large enough to lead European innovation yet close enough to their citizens to ensure meaningful change.
